Groovy Baby
Hello, hello I'm back and with a brand new nail design haven't seen it anywhere else. So here's to making it the latest nail trend lol! I created a tie-dye nail design, very groovy! This an all Soak-off gel manicure 'Orly Gel FX' first i did the blue base then i created a spiral with all the colors in the middle and lastly dragged each color into one another. I absolutely am completely in love with the final results. As soon as i get my hands on bright colors like Yellow or Orange ill create a much colorful one. But this one is very subtle and cute perfect for work. Check out my natural nails they finally grew and look so beautiful except for the middle finger it broke :(
Here are some pictures of the colors and tools i used.
Also here's another picture of my wonderful Orly Gel FX LED lamp.
Peace & Love
All hand made
took me a while but i managed to do it on my right hand
Colors used
the perfect tool for fine streaks Orly Detail-er brush
Here's a zoom view of the detail-er brush (YES it's extremely fine)
And last but not least my wonderful, fantastic Orly Gel FX LED lamp i will be writing a review on it so stay tune for that post

Bye bye Smudges
Product Review: Nicole by OPI 'Drying Drops'
Why I love it? I can apply my polish and continue with my regular routine without having to wait.
Why it works? I wasn't able to find the main ingredients, as to why it dries so rapidly. But the way it
Where you can purchase it? At any retail store like Target, Walgreen, Vons or online Amazon
Are you tired of having to wait for your nail polish to dry? I know i was until i found a great product that cuts half of the drying time and allows me to continue with my day.
Nicole by OPI 'Drying Drops' works like a charm. You do your regular polish application wait a minute or two till the top coat has adhere to the polish and apply 1-2 drops. Your nail polish will be completely dry in about 5 minutes. You won't have to worry about going to sleep right after and waking up with sheet marks.
I will admit that I've had this product for quite a long time and had never put it to the test. Until last night when I wanted to polish my tips but also wanted to go sleep right after. Tried it a minute after my top coat waited about 10 minutes and i woke up with amazing nails.
Several brands carry drying drops and I'm sure most of them have the same ingredients but the Nicole by OPI is supper cute and comes in travel size. Bought mine at Target for about $15+
Don't take my word for it, give it a try.

the begining of Acrylic nail designs
I'm back I've been m.i.a for quite some time. Just started a great new job in which I'm extremely happy. Haven't had time to do that many designs. Anyway if you follow me on my facebook nail page http://www.facebook.com/pages/Karla-Nail-Design/193176844050046 Karla Nail Design you will know that i just purchased my first Organic Nails collection 'African'.
A little about Organic Nails from what my friend and former class mate Jackie Lopez taught me.Organic Nails is an acrylic system i believe its a well known Mexican brand. Pricey but very good quality the color pigments are very concentrated and always have true colors. I hadn't been able to purchase any but i finally did.. I bought the 'African' Organic Collection which is exactly like the name. Its these gorgeous wild, intense and very fierce colors.
My 'African' Organic Collection
Another friend of mine Saki loves long stiletto nails and forward me a picture of Anna Del Rey strutting these awesome nails.
I will be doing them on Saki really soon but wanted to freshen up my skills and came out with my version.
I must say for being my first time there not that bad
I used the Red 'Canoe' from the 'African' Collection of Organic Nails
On the index finger i did a 3D design and encapsulated it.
Final product came out gorgeous
